Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. For those of you who prefer to purchase offline, We'll also gladly process your order by phone or fax with a credit card or mail with a money order or check! When you complete your order in the store, just choose the "fax" or "mail" payment option to print out an invoice to fax or mail in with your payment.

International Shipments
International shipments will be ship by International Priority Mail only. International shipments will be handled on a individual basis. Please contact us by email for country fees that are not listed for International Priority Mail. Fees will be added for countries on a request basis. International orders may be subject to custom duties and taxes.

Sales Tax:
Orders placed from within the state of Tennessee will have 9.25% sales tax added. International orders (outside the US) may be subject to customs duties and taxes.

Store Policies
Return Policy
If goods are damaged during shipping simply return them to Lebanon Vacuum and Sewing Center. We will credit the cost of the return shipping. Returned items should be packaged and shipped via USPS insured with delivery confirmation. Merchandise should not be shipped COD or via air. We will then replace the goods and also pay for the shipping back to you. The same applies in the event of a packaging error. If for any reason we are unable to replace the goods we will credit your account to include these shipping costs.
If you changed your mind and decide not to keep the merchandise you must return items within 30 days. Items must be in saleable condition. Cut yardage and copyrighted materials can not be returned. Shipping costs for the transaction will be your responsibility. In other words, your credit card will be credited for the returned item only.
